393 West End Avenue

A historic, landmark building on the Upper West Side, 393 West End Avenue needed a brand that would attract a new generation of families and homeowners. Our process was focused on developing a brand that could resonate with the Upper West Side neighborhood — the rich history, the culture, the vibrant energy. With this in mind, we crafted a unique brand identity starting with a bold and colorful illustration paired with an elegant and restrained logo and typeface. Sophisticated but with a strong personality, the brand was incorporated across website, photography, renderings, marketing collateral, advertising, and social media.

Our process was focused on developing a brand and experience that could speak to both the classical art world demographic and the younger generation of collectors. With this in mind, we crafted a graphic system that was both classical and tech centered. The identity’s bold yet elegant logotype is paired with a more muted color palette to balance modernity, sophistication, and tradition while maintaining a strong personality.
