The redefining touch
Even if you’ve been at the top for 30 years, your brand needs to stay fresh if you want to stay there. We’ve been bringing Corcoran’s up to date so it can better compete with digitally native competitors and appeal to a new generation.
First up, we brought back the old tagline, Live Who You Are, and gave the famous logo a contemporary tweak. We also dialed down the black elements in the branding (they look great in NYC, but they don’t fly in the Hamptons or Miami) and swapped out the six-color block under the name for a digitally friendly gradient. Then we turned our attention to the rest of the visual identity, redefining everything from layout and typography to illustration and photography style, before bringing it all together in a top-down redesign of the Corcoran website.
Online, in print and across the country, Corcoran’s brand is now more contemporary, more suited to its target audience and altogether more alive.
