Zaha Hadid's 520W28

Putting people back in the picture

Zaha Hadid believed that architecture should first and foremost be about people. When it comes to real-estate marketing materials, however, the art direction tends to be minimalistic and clinical, and the results empty and overproduced.

As part of our wider brand development work for Related Companies, we partnered with photographer Martien Mulder. Together, we captured sophisticated, contemporary images that not only play with light and texture but also provoke a human, emotional response. They don’t just show you what 520W28 looks like, they show you what it feels like to be there.

Alongside a warmer color palette and a more engaging, people-centric approach to art direction, the photography perfectly complements the technical and architectural content of the website and print collaterals. We've breathed life into a building designed not for awards or accolades, but for living.
