Zaha Hadid's 520W28

Placing people, perception and emotion at the core of the identity, our rebrand for Zaha Hadid’s 520W28 shifted the focus of the building from existing as a piece of architectural history – holding the unique title of Hadid’s only building in New York – to somewhere you could call home.

In line with Hadid’s own belief that architecture’s foremost focus is on people, we worked with Martien Mulder to include a diverse range of families, and an injection of personality, into the brand’s photography.

Paired with stark typography, editorial sensibilities and a warm colour palette to show the strength and success of subtlety, this culminates in a brand that is ultimately for and about people – truly showcasing the potential and possibility for a fulfilling family life in and around one of New York's most remarkable sites.
