Starting to fall by the wayside of their digitally native competition, historic realtors Corcoran tasked us to bring their brand to the latest generation of buyers.
Beginning with a delicate, yet transformative, redefinition of their iconic calligraphic logomark, our design thinking was conceptually forward-thinking and fundamentally referencial – exuding a sense of luxury and charm through typographic cleanliness alongside the character, color and candor of Simone Massoni’s supportive illustrations.
As symbolised by the reinstatement of their hand-rendered tagline ‘live who you are,’ the visual refresh of Corcoran’s identity is empathetic and centrally human; cemented in the here and now, supportive of their future-facing endeavors.
